Around Me's role
- Around Me is a marketplace that connects users. It does not perform jobs, employ workers, or supervise work.
- Around Me is not a party to any agreement between users.
Damage, injury and loss
- Around Me is not responsible for property damage, injury, loss, or quality of work. If a student damages property while doing a job (for example, breaking a window while cleaning it), the student is solely responsible. The poster's remedy is against the student directly, including small claims court or other legal action.
- Users agree not to hold Around Me liable and waive any claims against Around Me for damage, injury, or loss caused by another user.
- Around Me may share a student's name and contact information with the poster if a damage claim is filed.
